ABC has confirmed that Rosie Perez, who took a hiatus from her post as co-host of THE VIEW to begin rehearsals for her upcoming role in Larry David's new Broadway, Fish In the Dark, will make her return to the daytime talk show live today, February 3rd.
Perez joined THE VIEW after Barbara Walters left last summer, along with new co-hosts Rosie O'Donnell and Nicolle Wallace.
Before
Fish In the Dark, which debuts this spring, Perez appeared on Broadway in THE RITZ, RECKLESS, THE PLAY WHAT I WROTE and FRANKIE AND JOHNNY IN THE CLAIR DE LUNE.
She will next appear on the big screen in FIVE NIGHTS IN MAINE and recently starred in the films FUGLY!, THE BEING EXPERIENCE, GODS BEHAVING BADLY and THE COUNSELOR. Perez has also appeared on TV in THE CLEVELAND SHOW, LIPSTICK JUNGLE and more.
