Outlaw, Kansas - an Old West sketch show about murder, betrayal and why your job sucks - returns to The Peoples' Improv Theatre tonight, October 25th, 2013 at 7:00pm.
If so many Westerns are about staying free and the good guys always win...then why do we all work in cubicles for incompetent bosses?
Outlaw, Kansas - a narrative sketch comedy written by Upright Citizens Brigade veteran Alex Kane and directed by Geoff Garlock - answers that question. It tells the tale of Lonesome Bill Whitlock, the gunfighter who came to town in 1870 to save the residents of Outlaw from the horrors of boring office life. His is a tale of murder, betrayal, annoying coworkers, incompetent middle managers, and work-induced sexual dysfunction.
Following a sell-out, explosive performance at the New York City Sketch Festival, Outlaw, Kansas returns to the PIT. With a cast of talented, trained performers, Outlaw, Kansas continues to the fight against oppression and quarterly evaluations.
Tickets are $8. For more information, visit
