ONE Healing Arts COMPANY and Demos Bizar Entertainment present SPRING ALIVE! a world premiere interactive theatrical experience starring Broadway performer and recording artist Spring Groove (Bway: Grease, Saturday Night Fever). Musical Director Alex Navarro leads a band, including musicians Greg Burrows, Jordan Jancz, and David Finch with singers Sherez Aletaha and Saum Eskandani. Dancers will be announced shortly. Performances for SPRING ALIVE! will be held from March 2-25, 2012 on Fridays & Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 7pm at Dixon Place, 161 Chrystie Street (between Delancey and Rivington) in Manhattan's Lower East Side.

Spring Groove is a former Broadway performer and an award-winning singer song writer honored by Billboard and The LA Music Awards for Best Female Singer. With 7 critically-acclaimed CDs, Spring's music ranges from Folk and Pop to Ecstatic and Meditative Mantra. As a street musician, Spring flourishes. She has independently sold over 15,000 CD's and has opened hearts around the world headlining at festivals throughout Italy, Germany and other European cities. Spring is also a bhakti yogi who tours internationally to help awaken consciousness and create community through the gift of music. Huck Hirsch inaugurated his passion as a theater artist with homemade plays starring his siblings, then studied at the High School of Performing Arts and Amherst College. As director/choreographer, his work has been seen at The Lamb's Theater, Soho Rep and Here. As a playwright, his new play Aiding in a Bedding recently had a reading at Primary Stages and is a 2012 semifinalist for the National Playwrights Conference at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center. Huck is delighted to collaborate at the intersection of theater and spiritual healing, having been a dedicated student and teacher of yoga and AcroYoga for a decade.
Nick Demos is the Artistic Director of ONE Healing Arts COMPANY. From 2000-2008 he served as the Artistic Director for Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma. With his producing partner, staff and board of directors he transitioned Lyric from a university campus to two world class facilities, oversaw a successful capital campaign, expanded programming to include a children's academy, created new works, concert programs and an entire Second Stage series. He directed over thirty productions at Lyric, most notably Kelli O'Hara in the state centennial production of Oklahoma!. New York directing credits include the Broadway Cares Easter Bonnet Competition, Rainbow Around the Sun at NYMF, The Pool at Theater for the New City and Kids in America at the Triad. Other regional credits: The Drowsy Chaperone (B. Iden Payne and Austin Critics' Awards for Best Direction) at the Zach Scott Theater and ,The = Who's Tommy, Godspell and Urinetown at Stage One Also a producer, Nick's company, Demos Bizar Entertainment produced Memphis on Broadway (Tony, Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Awards for Best Musical), Make Me a Song in London and Vanities (2nd Stage), Inventing Avi (Abingdon), and Make Make Me a Song (Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle nominations) Off –Broadway.
