Noor Theatre and the Center for Architecture present Building ANew: An Evening of Short Plays. This one-night only concert-style reading will feature Noor's first commissioned plays from award-winning writers including Jacob Kader, Ismail Khalidi, Mona Mansour, Tala Manassah, Sam Neave, Daria Polatin, Heather Raffo, and Najla Said. The event will be presented in conjunction with the Center for Architecture's current Middle Eastern exhibitions onFriday, March 16th at 7:00 pm. 

Building ANew: from the broad to the specific, from the global to the personal, these dramatic snapshots explore the implications of planning new buildings, erecting walls and adapting to changing landscapes. The evening will be directed by Pirronne Yousefzadeh with a cast that includes Leila Buck, Yusef Bulos, Piter Marek, Eric Miller, Michele Rafic, Darrill Rosen, Najla Said, and Daniel Shamoun. 

This one night-only event will take place at the Center for Architecture, located at 536 LaGuardia Place, NYC. Tickets are $10 / $5 for AIA members and students and can be purchased at http://bit.ly/z6re4X.
