No Name Comedy Brings Artists to Word Up in Washington Heights

No Name Comedy/Variety Show producer Eric Vetter brings New York's best established and emerging authors and storytellers including: Robin Bady (United Solo Theatre Festival), Sean O'Brien (TBS New York Comedy Festival) and David Hu (The MOTH) to the Word Up Community Bookshop in Washington Heights on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 @ 7:00pm for its monthly series "No Name @Word Up Super Storytellers Edition." This month's theme: NEW: Stories about new clothes, lovers, jobs, pets, apartments, schools, hips, shoulders, knees-or outlooks on life: resolutions kept or forgotten; epiphanies, revelations and/or insights.
Super Storytellers is curated by author/storyteller Michele Carlo, the author of "Fish Out Of Agua: My life on neither side of the (subway) tracks," (Citadel Press) and the show will also include a "Magic Hat Open-Mic" where audience members can sign up for a chance at four minutes of stage time to share their own stories. Admission is FREE, donations welcomed.
