No. 11 Productions is proud to present the world premiere of the new, collaboratively created play Claire and the Ornithological Shadow at The Bushwick Starr.

Claire and the Ornithological Shadow is the story of an awkward, lonely young woman with a passion for birds. Claire befriends a shadow and a new world of possibilities is opened to her in this whimsical and touching original play. Weaving performance, shadow play, puppetry, and live music, this simple yet beautiful production reminds us that change is not always as hard as it seems.

The show features Samantha Hooper-Hamersley as Claire and Mitchell Conway as the Shadow. Julie Congress and Ryan Emmons direct. Puppets are created by Jen Neads and the original score is composed by Mitchell Conway.
