Nick Adams Joins Cast of A VERY MARY HOLIDAY BENEFIT

Broadway heartthrob Nick Adams will join the cast of "A Very MARY Holiday", Benefiting Broadway Speaks OUT & The Ali Forney Center. 

Nick Adams was last seen on Broadway as 'Liver Lips Louie' in the recent revival of Guys & Dolls. He was featured on the cover of the July/August 2009 issue of Dance Spirit magazine. He also headlined the debut edition of the sexy dance production "Erotic Broadway" at the Triad Theatre in June. Adams is perhaps best known for his role as Larry in the recent Broadway revival of A Chorus Line opposite Mario Lopez. He also appeared on Broadway in Chicago and The Pirate Queen. Later this year, he will be seen in the film, "An Englishman in New York," starring John Hurt and Cynthia Nixon.

A Very MARY Holiday will take place on November 30, 2009 from 8pm-10pm at the Dixon Place 161 Chrystie Street NYC. Tickets are $25 Mezzanine Seating and $50 Orchestra Seating (includes passes to VIP after party taking place from 10-11 pm.  Tickets can ordered here.

Hosted by Martin Gould Cummings, A Very MARY Holiday features Meredith Patterson, Tituss Burgess, Kate Pazakis, B.D. Wong, Anthony Hollock, Frankie James Grande, Megan Reinking, Sean Bradford, Jeffery Self & Cole Escola of LOGO TV, Michael Buckley of WhatTheBuck Show and more actors to be announced later.

The Ali Forney Center (AFC) is the nation's largest organization dedicated to homeless Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) youth.

AFC Currently offers housing to 58 youths in seven residential sites, and also offers two drop-in centers, medical care, mental health treatment, HIV testing and treatment, and educational and vocational assistance programs. AFC's mission is to provide homeless LGBT youth with the support and guidance they need to become healthy, independent adults. Ali Forney was a gay youth who was murdered on the streets of NYC in 1997 at a time when there was no safe shelter for LGBT youths.

Broadway Speaks OUT! is an online talk show that provides viewers with an inside look at Broadway, current events, and the LGBT community.

Broadway Speaks OUT! is also a concert series that brings innovative and exciting music and theatre in support of the LGBT rights movement. Each concert features a variety of Broadway performers who use their talents to fight for equality. Every concert benefits an LGBT charity and/or organization.
