Colin Donnell and Patti Murin, who recently starred opposite each other in Encores! LADY, BE GOOD, will return to the stage in Irving Berlin's HOLIDAY INN at The Muny in St. Louis beginning July 6, just one week after they tie the knot!

Murin will reprise her role as 'Linda Mason', which she first played at Goodspeed Theater last year. She is also no stranger to The Muny, having starred in its productions of CHICAGO in 2012 and THE LITTLE MERMAID in 2011. The actress created the title role of LYSISTRATA JONES, which she played at the Dallas Theater Center, Off-Broadway, and on Broadway. She has been seen in Broadway's XANADU and Off-Broadway in LOVE'S LABOUR'S LOST and FLY BY NIGHT.

Murin told CBS St. Louis: "The Muny has a lot of appeal for Colin and I. It has the outdoor feel of summer camp, but doing a big number in front of 11,000 people is an experience you will never forget. It can only happen at The Muny. The process of putting together a show at The Muny is amazingly quick. Everyone who works on a show at The Muny bonds together in a very special way because of the challenging and frantic pace."

Donnell, who will play Jim Hardy, added: "My family has had season tickets to The Muny for years. After high school I performed at The Muny for about 5 years. It is so neat to be coming back in a lead role. Patti and I are fortunate to have had schedules that allowed it to work out. St. Louis is the kind of pace you're always glad to say is your hometown."

Donnell has starred on Broadway in VIOLET, ANYTHING GOES (Drama Desk nomination), and JERSEY BOYS, and in the national tours of WICKED and MAMMA MIA! His Off-Broadway credits include LOVE'S LABOUR'S LOST (Shakespeare in the Park), MEET ME IN ST. LOUIS, and ALMOST HEAVEN: THE SONGS OF JOHN DENVER. Making its Muny and Mid-west premiere, Irving Berlin's Holiday Inn dances its way onto the Muny stage, telling the story of a Connecticut farmhouse transformed into a jubilant nightspot and hotel that is only open on holidays! Based on the 1942 film starring Bing Crosby and Fred Astaire, Holiday Inn features such Irving Berlin classics as "Easter Parade," "Steppin' Out With My Baby," "Shakin' The Blues Away," "Be Careful, It's My Heart," and more!
