This acclaimed documentary feature explores the extraordinary journey of the Reuther brothers - prolific labor statesman whose crusade for social justice, under the banner of the United Auto Workers union, transformed the landscape of a nation. Walter, Roy, and Victor Reuther rise from 1930s shop-floor organizers to leaders in collective bargaining, civil rights activism, and international labor solidarity. Behind the headlines of bloody picket line conflict, assassination attempts, heated Senate hearings, and inter-union power struggles, lies a stirring core of determination, sacrifice, triumph, and tragedy. Directed by Victor's grandson Sasha Reuther and narrated by award- winning actor Martin Sheen, Brothers On The Line combines rare archive footage, personal photos, oral histories, and original HD interviews with a spectrum of prominent personalities.
