David Kilmnick, President and Chief Executive of the New York LGBT Network, will rally with hundreds of outraged protesters from across Long Island and the Tri-State on Friday, July 28th, 2017 at 12 PM Noon at Brentwood State Park (375 Crooked Hill Rd). Concerned residents from the LGBT community will eagerly be awaiting to welcome President Trump to Long Island with protest signs and chants two days after proposing a ban on transgender military personal, including writing inflammatory comments that transgender soldiers are a burden and disruption to the U.S. Military.

Trump's remarks came a day before his administration filed a federal court brief from a Long Island court case that seeks to revoke workplace discrimination protections based on one's sexual orientation.
