NEW TEAM HONEYBEAR is pleased to announce the world premiere production of Anthony Jackson and Jeff Mondoro's THAT'S NOT A PLAY: A PLAY BY NEW TEAM HONEYBEAR, directed by Kevin Laibson. THAT'S NOT A PLAY will play four performances only at The People's Improv Theater, Underground Theater (123 E 24th Street, NY, NY 10010). Performances begin Friday, September 8 and continues through Friday, September 29.

Everyone said it wasn't a play... and they were right. When a very famous New York Times theatre critic writes a scathing review of New Team Honeybear's latest play calling it, "Not a play at all," Jeff and Anthony are forced to question everything.
Is it a play? Can they work together to prove the very famous New York Times theatre critic wrong? Will their friendship survive?

This comedy duo has been creating some of the internet's funniest content for more than two years. They've been featured on Funny or Die, Thrillist, Comedy Cake, and the Broadway League's bWay Zone, and have performed live at New York Sketch Fest, Boston Comedy Arts Festival, Philly Sketch Fest, The Tank, the UN, and regularly at the Peoples Improv Theater.
