Steve Spiegel, President and CEO, has announced the launch of Theatrical Rights Worldwide, a new stock and amateur licensing company.

Theatrical Rights Worldwide features a catalog of musical theatre properties from Broadway, Off-Broadway, regional theatres, community theatre, and beyond.

Their goal is, "To provide innovative products and licensing strategies aimed at enhancing the overall value and experience of stock and amateur theatrical productions. With an array of new licensing strategies and a state-of-the-art, user-friendly online catalog, Theatrical Rights Worldwide represents 'musicals for every audience.'"

Says Spiegel, "From my earliest days as a licensing agent, I've been extremely proud of the relationships I've formed with schools, community and professional theatres. And now, having accumulated three decades worth of ideas and experiences, I felt it was time to build something new."

Prior to forming Theatrical Rights Worldwide, Spiegel served as President of the theatrical licensing firm Music Theatre International from 1994 to 2002. Since then, he has worked at William Morris Agency, and most recently at Rodgers & Hammerstein Theatricals.
