New Musical 'Island' Premieres Nov. 24 in New Jersey

Island, the new musical with music and lyrics by two-time Tony Award Nominee Peter Link and book by Larry Rosler and Joe Bravaco, will open at 12 Miles West Theatre in Bloomfield, NJ on November 24th for a run through December 17th.

Island is "a romantic and uplifting musical about love, forgiveness, and starting over, featuring the wonderful rhythms and tempests of the Caribbean," according to press notes.

Performances are Thursday through Saturday at 8 PM and Sunday at 3 PM. Tickets are $26 for adults, $21 for students and seniors.

In addition, theatre students and professionals can get special $15 tickets on Thursdays.

There will be a Meet the Artists reception following the November 24th performance.
