Audrey & Emma's luxury purse liners and bases are made specifically for the Louis Vuitton Speedy 30 and Longchamp Le Pliage 10 and 12 handbags. The liners and bases retain the bags' original shape and protects the inside from wear and tear. See "How It Works" here.
Company founder, Elissa West, was inspired by frustration with her own bags in these styles. She also wanted to protect the inside of her bags from dirt and stains. "These bags are iconic in every way. And their intended shape is beautiful, but seeing them on the street made me realize that there was quite an opportunity for improvement. I set out to fix that problem - what we now call "bag-sag" - a beautifully designed purse that looks dumpy when it's not strategically packed" says West. Now the bag can look as it was intended and remain in better condition for longer.
The company uses recycled materials, produced in the United States. The liner is made from recycled milk jugs and the packaging from recycled paper. "I was determined to make Audrey & Emma a company with positive influence," says West "That's why our bag liners are made from sustainable material and why we have chosen to support a charity through our sales." By using an Audrey & Emma bag liner you are not only giving new life to your bag and to previously used plastic but supporting The Audrey Hepburn Children's Fund as well, which funds programs and initiatives for children in need around the world.
