A new musical revue will feature the timeless classics of world-renowned singer and songwriter, Charles Aznavour.
Named the "Entertainer of the Century" by CNN, Charles Aznavour is the award-winning French and Armenian singer, songwriter, actor, public activist and diplomat who has written over 800 songs, recorded over 1,200 in eight different languages, and sold more than 180 million records.
Known as "France's Frank Sinatra," his hit songs include What Makes A Man A Man, The Sound of Your Name, La Boheme, She, The Old Fashioned Way, Yesterday When I Was Young, You've Got To Learn and many, many more.
Will Nunziata will conceive and direct the brand-new musical revue celebrating Aznavour's catalogue of songs, which Aznavour wrote the music and lyrics for. Famed musician and musical director Sherrie Maricle joins a creative team that will be announced soon.
An all-star cast of Broadway's best is currently being assembled to take part in an industry presentation in Fall 2016 in New York City, with an expected 2017 bow in a theatre in both Paris and NYC.
