The book was created as a handy pocket guide to help teachers create more positive learning outcomes in the classroom. From being prepared as a leader to preparing the learning environment and students, "Seven Insights for Teaching Success" aims to aid educators to produce more beneficial relationships and favorable academic outcomes during their teaching careers. Each chapter offers guiding questions, positive affirmations and suggestions for taking oneself and one's students on an effective, educational journey to success.

"Well-educated, confident and competent people are critical assets to our communities; well-informed and personally-enriched individuals are the keys to the prosperous future of our world," Holman asserts. "As educators, we must seek to unlock the incredible value each student brings to our learning environments and must work to ensure that the classroom 'family' collaborates effectively to achieve maximum academic gains."
