Recently crowned the best emerging band by NPR-WNYC in the 2015 Battle of the Boroughs, the eclectic, intimate sound of Addi & Jacq is comprised solely of harp and vocals (with a little looping). Their music has been described as melodic pop with stylistic nods towards folk, classical, and RnB. Songs range from acoustic gems to layered electric harp grooves.
Collectively Weiss, McDaniel, and Kerrod have performed all over NYC including at Lincoln Center, The Metropolitan Opera, Carnegie Hall, Birdland, Rockwood Music Hall, and Joe's Pub.
