The Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce, the NY Road Runners; New York Police Commissioner Ray Kelly; Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance, WBLS-FM, HOT 97FM, City College of New York, The Amsterdam News, Fox 5 TV and The New York Daily News invite families, friends, neighbors, churches, unions, block association and others to join them Saturday, August 25th for the NYC Family Health "Walk For Peace in Our Communities".

This solidarity effort is a collective outcry to bring awareness to and combat gun violence, bullying & domestic violence while encouraging unity and peace in our communities. The 5K walk starts at St. Nicholas Ave and 135thSt and tours picturesque Harlem.

The walk begins tomorrow, Saturday, August 25, 2012 at 135th Street at St. Nicholas Avenue.
