About 30 beaming American Airlines employees -- customer service agents and flight attendants -- will take on a different role when, clad in pajamas, they will make their way around the three New York-area airports and distribute discount tickets worth 25 percent off to the hit Broadway show, "The Pajama Game."
The show, starring Harry Connick, Jr., is playing at the American Airlines Roundabout Theater, one of New York's premiere non-profit Broadway theaters, and also one of the many cultural and philanthropic institutions American has supported in its 75-plus years in Greater New York. Other American employees -- also decked out in pajamas -- will hand out discount "Pajama Game" tickets at the airline's Travel Center in the Grand Central area. And, at ticket counters and gates at each New York airport, American Airlines people will hand out candy kisses.
