For a second year, "No We Won't Shut Up" appears at The Tank's "Speak Up, Rise Up Festival on Sunday, August 12 at 4pm. With riveting-and timely stories on issues from #metoo to a personal journey toward activism to realizing what it means to be American only after you go abroad-and more, from some of NYC's most sought-after performers, including: Robin Bady (BADYHouse Storytelling Concerts, The MOTH, "Nancy Drewinsky and the Search for the Missing Letter"), Michele Carlo (MOTH Mainstage, PBS, Radio Free Brooklyn), Nicole Ferraro (Art, Humanity & Action, The New York STORY Exchange), Dawn Fraser (Storyteller/ Speaker/Educator: The MOTH, The Story Studio) and Angel Yau (RISK!, Mortified, VHS Presents).
