Musicambia's Annual Gala to Be Held May 8th at Dimmena Center for Classical Music

Musicambia is thrilled to announce our annual gala will take place at the Dimenna Center for Classical Music on Tuesday, May 8th at 7:30pm. This year's gala will feature performances by four alumni of the Musicambia at Sing Sing Program as well as members of our faculty (Attacca Quartet, Canadian Brass, Princeton Symphony Orchestra, etc.).

Doors will open at 7:30 pm and musical performances will run throughout the evening until 10:30. Tickets start at $75 which includes an open bar and hors d'oeuvres. In addition to musical performances, there will be a silent auction. All proceeds from the silent auction and the event will go to support Musicambia's free transformative music programs in prisons and jails.

Musicambia brings music learning and ensemble performance to prisons throughout the United States. Through working closely with incarcerated individuals on performance, music theory, ear training and composition, our professional musicians build artistic communities that nurture the humanity of all involved.

The Gala will take place on Tuesday, May 8th at the Dimenna Center for Classical Music, located at 450 West 37th Street, NYC. Doors open at 7:30pm.
