Michael C. Hall, currently starring in Roundabout Theatre Company's off-Broadway production of Mr. Marmalade, will appear live in-studio on
the WB11's "Morning News" on Wednesday, December 7th at 8:30 – 9:00 AM. He will speak with WB11 host Emily Frances about
returning to the New York stage following his 5-year run on the hit HBO
drama "Six Feet Under."
Noah Haidle's comedy Mr.
Marmalade is currently playing a limited engagement at the Laura Pels
Theatre (Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre; 111 West 46
Street) through Sunday, January 29, 2006. Directed by Tony Award-nominee Michael Greif, the show also features Michael
Chernus, David Costabile, Mamie Gummer, Pablo Schreiber and Virginia
Louise Smith. In Mr. Marmalade,
"adult behavior is interpreted through the characters Lucy (Gummer) and Larry (Schreiber), two very smart children. Lucy has
a precocious vocabulary, killer skills in the kitchen, a husband who
spends too much time at the office, and she's just four years old! Her
imaginary world revolves around a too-busy businessman named Mr.
Marmalade ( Hall) who never has time for the child who adores
him," state press notes.
Mr. Marmalade plays Tuesday through
Saturday evening at 7:30 p.m. with Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday
matinees at 2:00 p.m. Single
tickets (which range from $51.25 to $61.25) and subscription packages to Roundabout Theatre Company's 40th
anniversary season production of Mr. Marmalade are available now by
calling Roundabout Ticket Services at (212) 719-1300, visiting online at www.roundabouttheatre.org
