Money Wars to Launch TPP DEATH STAR, 9/17 in Times Square

Money Wars, a newly-formed acting troupe, presents the first episode of its parody theatre Launch of the TPP Death Star on September 17 at 2 p.m. in Times Square.

Inspired by Star Wars and with more than four dozen performers, Launch of the TPP Death Star aims at exposing the TPP (a secretive corporate coup covered in Bloomberg's NY Times Op Ed) through a large puppet show.

Featuring Darth Banker, Emperor Pipeline, 50 Money Troopers, Princess Layed Off, Luke Whistleblower, and the TPP Death Star, the story will be told through a unique open air comedy spectacle. Comedian Lee Camp is joining the cast to perform his new TPP monologue and filmmaker Dennis Trainor, Jr. will be shooting the entire show.

Launch of the TPP Death Star is free and open to public. The show takes place on September 17 at 2 p.m. at New York City's Times Square on the pedestrian plaza between 45th and 46th Street. Times Square is accessible from the A, C, E train to 42nd Street, Port Authority or the N, Q, R, 1, 2, 3, 7, S to 42nd Street, Times Square.
