Moises Kaufman and Bill T. Jones to Talk PERFORMING ORAL HISTORY at New York Live Arts

Internationally recognized choreographer Bill T. Jones and renowned director/playwright Moisés Kaufman, both National Medal of Arts awardees, will discuss the importance of oral history as storytelling and the impact it has had on their careers in "Performing Oral History."

The discussion will be moderated by Director of the Columbia Center for Oral History Research Mary Marshall Clark.

"Performing Oral History" is accompanying the New York City premiere performances of Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Company's Analogy Trilogy Parts I & II presented at The Joyce Theater.

Moisés Kaufman has been rewarded for his powerful contributions to American theater. His work sensitively probes questions of culture and sexuality and moves audiences with its bold portrayals of contemporary social issues.
