Modern KING LEAR Adaptation in the Works at FOX from Milo Ventimiglia

THIS IS US star Milo Ventimiglia has sold three of his projects to Fox, with his producing partner Russ Cundiff via their company DiVide Pictures, as reported by Deadline. The projects are quite diverse, including a KING LEAR adaptation with a modern Latino spin, called CORDELIA. Cordelia is one of three sisters in a Cuban family in Miami who is in charge of the area. Cordelia is the only sister that loves her father. The series will dive into a world of SECRETS and family drama.

Also in the works is a comedy from the mind of BOY MEETS WORLD and GIRL MEETS WORLD co-creator Michael Jacobs called THE END. The multi-camera comedy will follow an incompatible couple, Joey and Marla, their complicated children and Marla's divorced parents who are living in this complicated house. Throughout all of this drama, Joey and Marla realize that they are, in fact, in love and that could save everyone.

Finally, the producing partners sold a couples reality project called COMMITTED. The unscripted series will follow four couples as they go through the four biggest stages of life: marriage, having a baby, divorce and old age.

All three projects will be executive produced by Ventimiglia and Cundiff for Fox, where DiVide Pictures has a deal.
