Minnelli Cancels Portland Concert Tonight, 9/29

Portland Ovations announces that Liza Minnelli has cancelled her concert at Merrill Auditorium this evening, September 29th. Ms. Minnelli fell ill just prior to her afternoon sound check and can not perform as scheduled. The concert was to begin at 7:30 p.m.

Ms. Minnelli and Portland Ovations deeply regret the disspointment this will cause her fans.

Portland Ovations is in the process of trying to reschedule the concert and asks ticket holders to
stand by for further details.

No further information about Ms. Minnelli's condition is available at this time. She is on her way back to New York City and we wish her a speedy recovery.
