On Friday, Nov 11th at 9pm Michael Raye, Kristen Gray & Bessye Scott return to Manhattan's Triad Theater, 158 West 72nd Street, in a triple-hitter of three amazing artists aptly titled, "JUST THE THREE OF US."

Michael Raye, an accomplished pianist, musical director, songwriter and conductor, has worked with such artists as Gloria Gaynor, Keith David, Little Anthony and the Imperials and toured extensively, nationally and internationally with countless others. Raye has recorded with Richie Havens, John Blake, Will Downing among others and has performed on Broadway in 'Bring in the Noise, Bring in the Funk' and 'It's So Nice to be Civilized.' Most New York Audiences remember the talentEd Raye as founder/anchor of the "Soul Gathering" formerly at the Dark Star Lounge.
Kristen Gray has recorded and/or performed with artists such as Bootsy Collins, Mick Jagger and George Clinton and others. Gray made her Broadway debut in ‘Senator Joe' and since has emerged as a solo recording artist and appeared live or in music videos on MTV, VH1, BET and on TV shows such as on NBC's Late Show with David Letterman. Gray's dance single "Mighty Love" was released on Azuli Records. Collaborating with Michael Raye in the band "SoulRaye" their CD's Underground Soul" and "Mystic Gypsies" are available at CDbaby.com and SoulRaye.com.

Song stylist, songwriter Bessye Scott made her Broadway debut in ‘Hello Dolly' with the late great Pearl Bailey and since has performed in numerous Off-Broadway shows and countless nightclubs and in her one-woman show, The Secret Place. Ms. Scott has also sang background vocals for artists such as Diana Ross, Celine Dion and Lillias White and others. Scott was featured vocalist for Dave Newman and McCoy Tyner and also traveled many years with the legendary Platters. As an educator, Bessye Scott has served as an Artist Director/Production Consultant in numerous New York and New Jersey Academic Institutions.
