The Jewish Channel will broadcast the third edition of its theater-oriented monthly TV show, "Row J," to begin airing on demand on Tuesday, November 18. Row J" is hosted by TJC correspondent Meredith Ganzman. The executive producer is Brian Scott Lipton.
Each episode of "Row J" focuses on Broadway and off-Broadway shows, highlighting Jewish themes, actors, writers, and directors. Theater personalities discuss their current projects and careers, alongside reviews of new shows, on-location features with theater community notables, and other special segments.
The November edition of "Row J" will include:
* an in-depth interview with Broadway and international recording star Michael Feinstein filmed at famed New York City nightspot Birdland, where he will perform in December
* a backstage visit to Off-Broadway's "Sticks and Bones" with co-star Raviv Ullman
* a sneak preview of Off-Broadway's "Wiesenthal" featuring Tony Award-winning producer Daryl Roth and star Tom Dugan
* Opening night coverage of Broadway hits "Disgraced" and "On the Town," featuring comments by Kristin Chenoweth, Judith Light, Tony Danza, Joanna Gleason, and more
* a roundtable discussion featuring "Row J" contributing critic Jesse Oxfeld and special guest Rob Kahn, theater critic at WNBC-New York
* celebrities including Jeremy Jordan, Marin Mazzie, Dominic Chianese, Andy Karl, Chris Sarandon, Nigel Lythgoe, Orfeh and more responding to Row J's "question of the month"
