MiG Ayesa Makes Broadway Debut in BURN THE FLOOR Tonight, 1/5

MiG AYESA will join the company of Broadway's sizzling dance sensation, BURN THE FLOOR tonight, making his Broadway debut as the show's male vocalist. His West End credits include lead roles in We Will Rock You, Rent, Thriller, Buddy. In Australia and on tour he played leading roles in Fame, Grease, Rent, Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber, West Side Story and others. His film credits include Queen of the Damned and Subterano.

BURN THE FLOOR will close on Sunday January 10th after a box office record breaking run and two extensions.

In other news at the show, "Dancing with the Stars"' Derek Hough will join the company on Fri Jan 8, partnered with Kym Johnson, who was this year's professional champion on "Dancing with the Stars," partnered with Donny Osmond. Mary Murphy of FOX's "So You Think You Can Dance" continues in BURN THE FLOOR through Sunday as well.

Created, directed and choreographed by Jason Gilkison, BURN THE FLOOR is the electrifying Latin and Ballroom dance spectacular which opened this summer at Broadway's intimate Longacre Theatre (220 West 48th Street) and broke that theatre's box office record. The show was extended twice and will begin a World tour in February which includes 30 U.S. Cities.
