& Juliet begins Broadway performances tonight, October 28.
The new musical, which features a book by David West Read, the Emmy Award-winning writer from "Schitt's Creek," and music from legendary five-time Grammy Award-winning songwriter/producer Max Martin, will open on November 17, 2022 at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre (124 West 43rd Street).
With direction by Luke Sheppard and choreography by Emmy Award-winner Jennifer Weber, & Juliet uses some of the most beloved pop songs of the last three decades to flip the script on the greatest love story ever told.
returns to the title role on Broadway after drawing rave reviews for her performance in the Toronto production. A multidisciplinary artist and a native New Yorker from Queens, her additional Broadway credits include Dear Evan Hansen and the 2020 revival of West Side Story. On television, she appeared in the CBS series "The Equalizer" opposite Queen Latifah. Lorna received her BFA from the University of Michigan and graduated from Fiorello H.
