Meet the Cast of CINDERELLA at Beijing Playhouse on 12/11

Children ages 0-5 can come meet the characters of Beijing Playhouse's crazy Christmas comedy production of Cinderella.

When: Sunday, December 11; starting at 12:15 pm and ending at 12:45 pm. Trojan House's café is open as soon as 11:30 am. So you can come early, if you want.

Where: Trojan House theatre (#6-31) at 22 International Art Plaza; betwixt the Guomao, Dawanglu and Shuangjing subway stations (map available upon request).

What: Come say hello to Cinderella and Prince Charming and their lovable dogs. Fairy Godmother and her Fairies will be there, too. Shake hands with the wise (but slightly senile) Baron Bankrupp and his castle assistants Buttons, Page, Dandini and the Courtiers. You'll even be able to sing some popular Christmas carols along with Cinderella and her friends.

Warning: The wicked Stepmother and evil Ugly Sisters will be there, too. They're horrible and nasty. Sorry, we tried to keep them out. But they insisted. If you see them, you are encouraged to boo and hiss at them.

Photo Opportunity: Get your picture taken with some of your favorite Cinderella characters.

Admission is Free: BP 0-5 Meet the Characters is a wonderful photo op. You and your pre-schooler can come to this activity for free.

Reservations: Reservations are required. Even though admission is free, we only have limited seats. To make your reservation: Email performance@beijingplayhouse.com. Limit four people per reservation. Seating at BP 0-5 Meet the Characters is unassigned.

Language: BP 0-5 Meet the Characters will be conducted in English. (Beijing Playhouse's actual shows have subtitles in Chinese. But this 30 minute activity is not a show and thus has no subtitles.)

Adults Must Be Accompanied By Pre-School Child: If you are 0-5 years old, you are welcome to come. If you are older, then you must be accompanied by a child who is age 0-5. They will have to vouch for you.

Beijing Playhouse's crazy Christmas comedy Cinderella, like all Beijing Playhouse productions, is a full length professional two hour show. That's too long for small children so sit through. It's also not possible to go in and out of the theatre without disturbing other patrons. So ages 0-5 are not allowed to see Cinderella. But we know many little kids love Cindy, so we created this BP 0-5 Meet the Characters activity so all the pre-school children can meet her in person.
