Tussie Mussie Workshop
Sunday May 1, 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Make memories creating a traditional Victorian tussie mussie, or small flower bouquet, at this fun afternoon workshop. Tea and light refreshments offered. Appropriate for age 6 and up. Space is limited. Registration required. Cost $20; members $15

First Friday! + Bronx Seaside Trolley
Friday, May 6, 5:30-8:30 p.m.
Concert at 7 p.m.
Enjoy the magic of the mansion at night with classical music by the Bronx's own Bardekova Ensemble. Tour the mansion, stroll the garden, savor light refreshments, and hop on the free Bronx Seaside Trolley for a ride to City Island. The trolley makes a continuous loop from the #6 Pelham Bay Park subway station to BPMM to City Island. Registration requested. Cost $8 adults, $5 seniors & students; members free

BPMM Bronx Bike Tour
Saturday May 21, 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
In honor of Bronx Week's Environmental Day, Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum's annual Bike Tour will focus on gardens, with visits to private gardens on City Island and public gardens in Pelham Bay Park. Park horticulturist Scott Farrington rides along as our expert. Free

Owl Meet and Greet
Saturday, May 21 , 3:00 p.m.
Bobby Horvath of WINORR (Wildlife in Need of Rescue and Rehabilitation) brings a wonderful assortment of rescued owls for participants to meet first-hand. A unique opportunity to see these remarkable birds of prey close-up. Registration required. Cost $10; members $8
