Matthew Broderick: Not Interested in 'Sex' Cameo

IMDB News reports that stage and screen star Matthew Broderick, most recently seen in The New Group's Starry Messenger, has repeatedly turned offers to make guests appearances alongside his wife, Sarah Jessica Parker, in Sex and the City. 

The couple has never starred on screen together during the course of their 13 year marriage.

Broderick tells Us Weekly magazine, "We did a play together, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, but it's not really something we look for. I had a couple of chances when the TV show (Sex and the City) was on. But I was never free for the right character."

The second Sex and the City movie is due in theaters on May 12, 2010.
