Matt Loehr Takes Over as 'Elder McKinley' in THE BOOK OF MORMON

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Tony nominee Rory O'Malley played his final performance in The Book of Mormon on January 27th. He'll be replaced by Matt Loehr, who takes over as Elder McKinley tonight, January 29.

His Broadway credits include: Evita, Elf the Musical (original cast), Promises, Promises (original revival cast), Mary Poppins (o.c.), Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (o.c.), Movin' Out, Fosse, andThe Producers (o.c.). Regional credits include: Maltz Jupiter Theatre - Bobby Child inCrazy For You (Carbonell Award Winner), Harold Hill in The Music Man, Cape Playhouse - Bill Calhoun in Kiss Me Kate, North Carolina Theatre - Cornelius Hackl inHello Dolly!. THE BOOK OF MORMON features book, music and lyrics by Trey Parker, Robert Lopez and Matt Stone. The production is choreographed by Casey Nicholaw and is directed by Nicholaw and Parker.

THE BOOK OF MORMON features set design by Scott Pask, costume design by Ann Roth, lighting design by Brian MacDevitt and sound design by Brian Ronan. Orchestrations are by Larry Hochman and Stephen Oremus. Music direction and vocal arrangements are by Stephen Oremus.
