Matt Doyle releases his second EP, "Constant," today, June 12, 2012, on the heels of a successful debut last year with "Daylight." To celebrate the release, Doyle will play a special album release concert at Joe's Pub on Monday, July 2, 2012 at 9:30pm.
The six-song EP features original songs by Doyle and his co-writer Will Van Dyke, and was produced by Van Dyke and Derik Lee. It was recorded and mixed by Derik Lee at Downtown Recording Studios in New York City.
Matt Doyle is a singer/songwriter based in New York City whose debut EP, "Daylight," debuted in the Top 40 of the iTunes Pop Charts. He joined the original cast of Spring Awakening on Broadway at the age of 19. As an actor Matt continues to work on Broadway, appearing in the Tony-winning play War Horse last year, and is also known for his recurring role as Jonathan on The CW's "Gossip Girl."
