Master Artist Cao Yong to Unveil Latest Work at 2014 Cleantech Open Global Forum & Gala Dinner

PALO ALTO, Calif., Nov. 5, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ The Cleantech Open (www.cleantechopen.org), the world's largest clean-technology accelerator, announced that Chinese artist Cao Yong's paintings will be featured during an elegant and exclusive Green Carpet VIP Reception and silent auction fundraising dinner in San Francisco on Thursday, November 13, 2014. Yong will unveil his latest work, titled "Peace," at the Gala Fundraising Dinner, which is part of the Cleantech Open Global Forum.

Public registration is now open for the Global Forum, which takes place in San Francisco on November 12-13, 2014.

Yong, a U.S. citizen, travels the world, capturing stories and events of the moment through his famous paintings. Called a Master of Artists by some of his collectors due to his capability of painting so many different styles. Many have also dubbed Yong a Living Master since the quality of his work is compared to the Old Master Artists Picasso, Rembrandt, and Van Gogh. He has painted everything from Tibetan caves to favorite San Francisco destinations, and is well known for his remembrance pieces from American events like September 11 th, to the earthquake in Sichuan, China. Yong has been honored around the world, including America's NASA, the White House, Independence Hall, and his art gallery in China, which receives a record-breaking 10,000+ visitors a day.

Comedian Hal Sparks will emcee at the dinner and Awards Celebration, known as the "Academy Awards of Cleantech." Sparks,an American actor, comedian, musician and television personality, is best known for his contributions toVH1, hostingE!'sTalk Soup, the role ofMichael Novotnyon the American television series Queer as Folk, and as Donald Davenport in Disney'sLab Rats.
