Marty Thomas will lend his tenor to the musical revue Into the Weeds: The Bill Weeden Songbook at the Laurie Beechman Theatre this coming Saturday, November 18th.

Thomas has appeared on Broadway in Wicked and The Secret Garden. He is also a Grammy-nominated recording artist.

Into the Weeds is the long running and critically acclaimed musical revue that has "taken root" since August and has extended through December 2nd.

"The show is a fresh and funny celebration of over forty years of music written by quintessential New York City composer/performer Bill Weeden and his many talented collaborators, including David Finkle, Sally Fay, and Ethan Fein."

During its successful run, the show has welcomed many notable Broadway performers such as Annie Golden, Felicia Finley, Stephanie D'Abruzzo, and Matthew Arkin as guest stars.

The cast of Into the Weeds, in addition to Weeden himself, includes Ted Anderson, Melissa Center, Grey Garrett, Hilary Mann, Kristen Rozanski, John Skocik, Michael Vaccaro, Eddie Varley, Amanda Weeden, and John Weisenburger.

The Laurie Beechman Theatre is located at 407 West 42nd Street at 9th Avenue. Showtimes are Saturdays at 11 PM. There is a $15 cover and a two-drink minimum.
