Mark Your Calendar! BROADWAY FLEA MARKET & GRAND AUCTION Set for September 27

The biggest day of the year for Broadway fans will return Sunday, September 27, 2015, as the 29th Annual Broadway Flea Market & Grand Auction makes an encore appearance in Times Square, Shubert Alley and along West 44th Street.

Produced by and benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, the Broadway Flea Market & Grand Auction (#bwayflea) is a free, once-a-year outdoor market. Theatre fans will have the opportunity to take home one-of-a-kind show biz memorabilia, meet dozens of stars from Broadway, TV and film, and bid throughout the day on exclusive Broadway items from props and costume pieces to unique, once-in-a-lifetime backstage experiences.

The Broadway Flea Market & Grand Auction will run from 10 AM to 7 PM in the pedestrian plaza along Broadway between 43rd and 44th Streets, along West 44th Street between Seventh and Eighth Avenues and in the Broadway Flea Market's first home in Shubert Alley. New silent auctions start every 30 minutes throughout the day; the live auction begins at 5 pm.

Shows and organizations participating in the flea market, packages to be offered in the grand auction and stars set to appear at the autograph table & photo booth will be announced in September.

Last year's Broadway Flea Market & Grand Auction raised an all-time high $713,986. Since 1987, the 28 editions of this highly anticipated annual event have raised $11 million.
