GAME OF THRONES meets SHAKESPEARE IN LOVE!

Recognizable screen star Mark Harmon is teaming with NCIS writer/producer Scott Sullivan to develop a new CW drama series titled SHAKESPEARE'S SISTERS, set to be produced by Harmon Tannenbaum Company.

Coming hot on the heels of period-set REIGN, the new CW series will center on a fictional account of the life of William Shakespeare, set in the 1590s and featuring his interactions with a coven of powerful witches as well as Queen Elizabeth herself according to a new report.

Additionally, producer Sullivan is set to pen the pilot episode, which will be directed by Brad Silberling, who will also executive produce the series alongside Eric and Kim Tannenbaum.

If greenlit, the series could potentially air as early as 2015.
