Members of the company comprising the cast of the highly anticipated screen-to-stage adaptation of Woody Allen's celebrated comedy BULLETS OVER BROADWAY opening later this year will be in attendance for a special discussion on the project later this month according to a new listing.
Marin Mazzie, Vincent Pastore, Brooks Ashmanskas and Helene York will be on hand to talk about the new tuner in a conversation moderated by Elliott Forrest at The Greene Space on January 28.
The official description of the upcoming BULLETS OVER BROADWAY event is as follows: "Join us for a behind-the-scenes look at "Bullets Over Broadway" with stars of the new musical adaptation of Woody Allen's crime-comedy caper. WQXR's Elliott Forrest will discuss the making of the musical with three-time Tony Award nominee Marin Mazzie; Vincent Pastore ("The Sopranos"); Tony nominee Brooks Ashmanskas; and Heléne York ("Masters of Sex"). "Bullets Over Broadway" tells the story of an aspiring young playwright newly arrived on Broadway in 1920's New York who is forced to cast a mobster's talentless girlfriend in his latest drama in order to get it produced.
