Marc Shaiman, who won a Tony and a Grammy Award for co-writing the score of the hit Broadway musical
Hairspray, will appear on
Seth Rudetsky's "Studio A Cabaret" show, which is available exclusively on Sirius Satellite Radio.

South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut. In 2002, he was honored with the "Hollywood Outstanding Achievement in Music-In-Film" award at the 69th annual Hollywood Film Festival. He has won an Emmy for co-writing
Billy Crystal's opening Oscar medleys, and has racked up hundreds of other music credits on films, albums, and musicals. Shaiman, who co-wrote
Hairspray with partner Scott Wittman, is currently appearing on Broadway in
Martin Short: Fame Becomes Me.
