After Snow-Wilson leaves Wasps in Bed on September 17th, Malinsky will assume her role. Snow-Wilson was recently cast as the next Olive Ostrovsky in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.Wasps in Bed will play a six-week limited engagement at Off-Broadway's Beckett
Theatre on Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street). Performances begin
Tuesday, September 5 and continue through Sunday, October 15. Opening

"Meet
Betsey, Bobby and Cal – best friends from college, who haven't been in
the same room since their graduation 10 years ago. But now, Bobby's
getting married, Betsey's hosting the celebration at her cabin in the
Berkshires and Cal is the best man. With Bobby on the verge of
becoming a husband, Betsey married with two kids, and Cal vehemently
opposed to the institution of marriage, the fireworks are unforgettable
when these three friends reunite over one July 4th weekend."The production will star David Alan Basche (Snakebit) as Allan, Kelly Deadmon as Betsey, Rick Gifford as Bobby, Alysia Reiner (Anais Nin – One of Her Lives) as Raina, Richard Short as Cal and Malinsky as Reese.Malinsky's New York credits incude Three Sisters, while regionally, she has been seen in King Lear, The Rocky Horror Show, Guys and Dolls, The Taming of the Shrew, The Music Man and more.
The
production will feature scenic design by Dustin O'Neill, costume design
by Deanna Berg, and lighting design by Graham Kindred (Picon Pie).
Andrew Eisele is the sound engineer.The show will play the
following regular schedule through Sunday, October 15: Mondays at 8
p.m., Wednesdays at 8 p.m., Thursdays at 8 p.m., Fridays at 8 p.m.,
Saturdays at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m., and Sundays at 3 p.m. There is an
