Currently, Billy Gardell stars in the CBS Hit television series, MIKE AND MOLLY as Officer Mike Biggs. MIKE AND Molly Garners approximately 13 million viewers every week. Before Mike and Molly, Gardell co-starred in the critically acclaimed television series "Lucky." His other television credits include "Yes Dear", "Judging Amy," "My Name is Earl," "The Practice," "Monk" and "Gary the Rat.". He made his major motion picture debut alongside Anthony Quinn and Sylvester Stallone in "Avenging Angelo," and had a memorable scene with Billy Bob Thornton in the film "Bad Santa.", as well as "You, Me & Dupree." His stand-up show is a powerhouse. As a standup comic, his comedy specials, "Billy Gardell: Halftime," premiered on Comedy Central and "Billy Gardell Presents Road Dogs" premiered on Showtime. In addition he makes regular appearances on "NFL Today" on CBS Sports.

Billy Gardell is known as The Everyman Comic: His grounded, down-to-earth point of view strikes a strong chord with American audiences. Stories about his rough childhood, wild adolescence and new family life are executed with the skill of a master craftsman.

When starting his stand-up career, Gardell was nicknamed "Billy The Kid". At 17, he was able to mystify audiences and run circles around more experienced comics, quickly propelling him into the local headlining scene in Florida. The Florida Comedy Club circuit was one of the nation's finest launching pads for fresh talent, such as Dan Whitney (Larry the Cable Guy), Saturday Night Live stars Darrell Hammond and Jim Breuer, and MTV host Tom Rhodes.

Gardell took the long road to Hollywood, stopping at every small town lounge, military base and Comedy Club along the way. His comedy act took him to Los Angeles, where his dedication to acting, along with touring as a stand-up comedian, allowed him to grow consistently in both arenas.

Billy Gardell will be performing his stand-up in The Cabaret Theater at Mohegan Sun on July 17th at 8:00 & 10:00 with tickets at $30.00.
