MAMMA MIA Celebrates 10th Anniversary With Special Events

The global smash hit musical MAMMA MIA!, based on the songs of ABBA, is planning a series of 10 live events in the New York area over the 10 weeks leading up to the 10th Anniversary on Broadway this October.

MAMMA MIA! opened at Broadway's Winter Garden Theatre on October 18, 2001, and has become one of the most successful musicals of all time anywhere in the world. In September of this year, MAMMA MIA! becomes the 10th longest running show in Broadway history and MAMMA MIA! The Movie is the most successful live musical film of all time.

MAMMA MIA! global producer Judy Craymer said: "New York audiences embraced us when we arrived on Broadway and gave us the encouragement and support to not only send the show around the world, but to brave Hollywood and the movies. BCRF founder Evelyn Lauder and actress Elizabeth Hurley join the iconic retailer at a special event benefiting breast cancer research featuring a performance from the Broadway stars and saluting MAMMA MIA! global producer and The Breast Cancer Research Foundation ® supporter Judy Craymer.
