MADE IN THE USA, an interactive performance installation with music, will premiere at the Lower East Side contemporary art gallery, Garis & Hahn. Directed by Patrick Vassel (Assoc Dir., Hamilton, Assoc. Dir., Magic/Bird), MADE IN THE USA is an original play featuring new musical arrangements and performances by Osh Ghanimah and Megan Hopp.

MADE IN THE USA focuses on the patriotic celebration of the love and recent engagement of a modern day couple played by Osh Ghanimah (Off-Bway: An American Requiem: An American Musical, Upcoming "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt") as "Adam" and Megan Hopp (ART's The Lily's Revenge, Glamour TV's The Perfect Match) as "May". Uniquely combining music, art, and performance, viewers are encouraged to partake in the celebration with complimentary wine, cheese and cake, as stories are shared by the couple. May is a young woman who has done it all without accomplishing a thing. Adam is a successful restaurateur who has achieved his dreams and is wondering what's next. In other words, America!

Drew Wutke (Reh., Kinky Boots, Orch., Amazing Grace) is Music Director with Choreography by Angel Reed (Rock of Ages, Rock N' Roll Debauchery). Aaron Mack (ART's Crossing: A New American Opera) provides Original Sound/Projection with Lighting Design by Kenneth Chamberlain (Forestburgh Playhouse's Under Milkwood). Theatrical Marketing provided by Bryan Campione (Broadway Buzz) and PR by Lainya Renault (A&O PR).

MADE IN THE USA runs January 15 thru January 18, 2016, with performances beginning at 7:30 p.m. and an 80-minute running time. Tickets to the installation are $30 inclusive of the performance, wine and Hors d'oeuvres served throughout the evening and available for purchase at www.madeintheusa.show. All proceeds benefit Broadway For All (www.broadwayforall.org).
