Lyric Watch: Megan Hilty, Andrew Rannells, Laura Benanti Join Neil Patrick Harris for TV Medley

The casts of KINKY BOOTS, PIPPIN, MATILDA and many more shows and entertainers joined host Neil Patrick Harris on last night's broadcast of the 67th Annual Tony Awards on CBS. Below, we bring you the lyrics to the television medley, which included appearances from Laura Benanti, Megan Hilty, and Andrew Rannells!

Rannells: Hey, there's a lot of great things about doing TV- the perks, the pay, the private jets, the craft service. But it's nothing like doing live theatre. It's where I have my roots.

No joke, haha. Not one show but two.

NPH: Wow, Laura, that's bitter

Benanti: Yeah? Well, we all can't be like Will Chase can we? His show got canceled but at least he's nominated for something tonight.

Hilty: And Will wasn't even on the second season of "Smash."

Rannells: Suck it, Will Chase.

Benanti: Yeah, suck it, Will.

NPH: Guys, guys. Doing TV has its pros and cons. And just like the theatre, you sometimes have a hit and sometimes you don't. We all can't have a long-running TV hit like my show.

HIlty: Ouch.

NPH: and even though your shows were canceled, the upside is that you can always come home to the theatre.
