Luther Burbank Memorial Foundation Names Lisa Ann Hilario And Anna Lobdell Hudson To Board Of Directors  ImageThe Luther Burbank Memorial Foundation, the non-profit that owns and operates Luther Burbank Center for the Arts, announced today that it has confirmed two new board members. The Foundation welcomes Lisa Ann Hilario, attorney with Spaulding McCullough & Tansil, LLP, and Anna Lobdell Hudson, Senior Vice President and Head of Retail Banking of Exchange Bank.

The Foundation also announced that Paul A. Wilcock, community volunteer, enters his fourth year as Board Chair; Susan Preston of Professional Program Insurance Brokerage enters her second year as Secretary and begins her first year as Vice Chair; and Alan Seidenfeld of Black Oaks Asset Management dba Parliament Hills Vineyards, LLC begins his first year as Treasurer.

"Luther Burbank Center for the Arts has continued to strengthen its commitment to enrich, educate, and entertain the community throughout the past year, even in the face of great adversity," said Paul Wilcock, Board Chair. "We look forward to continuing that forward momentum and even expanding our role as a community gathering place and educational resource as these accomplished new members join the strong, dedicated and visionary current Board members of the foundation."

Lisa Ann Hilario counsels employers in all aspects of the employment relationship including wage and hour issues, leaves of absence, disability accommodation, employee discipline and termination, reductions in force, and investigations of employee misconduct. She also develops personnel policies and employee handbooks and drafts employment-related contracts including employment agreements, separation agreements, severance packages, liability releases and independent contractor agreements. In addition to her employment counseling practice, Ms. Hilario defends employers against wage and hour litigation, wrongful termination actions, sexual harassment and employment discrimination cases and other employment-related claims. Her practice also includes advising clients regarding employment issues in connection with start-up businesses, mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Hilario has taught employment-related classes at Sonoma State University and Santa Rosa Junior College. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Maria Carrillo High School Band Boosters and the Maria Carrillo High School Fine Arts Committee.

Ann Lobdell Hudson was honored this spring by the North Bay Business Journal listing her as one of the 15 Notable Women in Business for 2018. She joined Exchange Bank in 2014 and became a member of the Executive team as head of Retail Banking in 2015. Ann leads Exchange Bank's Retail delivery channels, which includes the retail branch locations, Customer Care Center, Merchant Services, and Digital Product Management. Also, Ann oversees the bank's marketing, product management, and customer experience efforts.

Before Exchange Bank, Ann held a variety of positions at other financial institutions including Senior Leadership positions with Washington Mutual and JPMChase. She started her career as a community bank teller during college and grew up in banking. Her career has taken her all over the country with the last 18 years calling Sonoma County home. Ann lives in Santa Rosa, with her husband and two children.

Hudson is passionate about community service organizations that create lasting, positive effects in the lives of individuals and families. She is active in the community, currently serving on the Board of Directors of Becoming Independent and a volunteer at Food for Thought Food Bank. Hudson also served as a volunteer leader for the Girl Scouts of the USA and has roles with various community and nonprofit organizations.

Hilario and Hudson join current Board members Carmen Castaldi, Linda Chavez, Christopher B. Hunsberger, Ernesto Olivares, Susan Preston, Gary Rosenberg, Alan Seidenfeld, Sherry Swayne, John Whiting, and Paul A. Wilcock.
