Lulu Guinness Launching Diffusion Line with JC Penny

Vogue is reporting that the British designer Lulu Guinness announced a new collaboration with JC Penny. Guinness will be creating a diffusion collection exclusive to the department store for Spring 2013. The collection will feature handbags, accessories and a gift collection.
