Loewe RTW Spring 2013

Creative director Stuart Vevers took inspiration from Salvador Dalí's wife and muse, Gala Dalí, to create his new Spring 2013 RTW collection.  Smartly, Vevers chose to explore traditional Spanish techniques rather than "go for obvious visual gags," as reported by WWD.  

The show's balance of military inspired jackets, whimsical floral appliqués, and luxorious and edgy leather bags, was as successful as a Dalí painting itself.
