Following four sold-out performances in its series of stand-up, The Schoolhouse Theater has scheduled three new comics for Comedy Night, Saturday, December 13, at 8 pm at its venue on 3 Owens Road, just off Route 22 in Croton Falls.
"The demand keeps growing. Each of our comedy nights has been more successful than the last," said Schoolhouse General Manager Quinn Cassavale.
Organized in conjunction with Adam Oliensis of LoHud Comedy, the December 13 comedy night will feature professional comics Howard Feller, Chris Lamberth, and Adam Oliensis. Collectively, they have honed their craft on Comedy Central, Gotham Comedy Club, and Caroline's.
Howard Feller is a stand-up comic/actor who has been performing stand-up comedy since the comedy boom of the early 80s and has since become a comic legend. In the 90s, Feller was a regular on the Jon Stewart MTV show and he has appeared as a character actor on Law and Order and 30 Rock.
Chris Lamberth is an actor as well as a comic. He holds an M.F.A. in Theatre from The Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University. Some of his regional theatrical credits include: Blue/Orange (Actor's Revolution Theatre), The Merchant of Venice (Red Tape Theatre Company), The Exonerated (Raven Theatre) and Till (The Goodman Theatre). His commercial/industrial film credits include Fisher Nuts, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Destiny Health and Northwestern Memorial Hospital. He performs regularly at Gotham Comedy Club and Levity Live. He has appeared on AXS TV on Gotham Live.
Tickets for Comedy Night at the Schoolhouse are $20 and may be purchased online at www.schoolhousetheater.org or by phone to (914) 277-8477. The last four stand-up comedy nights have sold out. Early ticket purchase is recommended.
